Systems builder. Operator.
I've been a full-stack developer for over three decades. Laravel, PHP, Python, Node, AWS, Docker, databases, APIs — the tools change, but the job stays the same: build things that work, fix things that don't, leave the place better than I found it.
Alongside software, I've worked in construction operations for 35 years. Tenders, quotes, compliance, subcontractor management, document control, project administration. I know what operational pressure looks like because I've been inside it.
That cross-domain view is the whole point. I don't build AI because it's trendy. I build AI because I've seen the same admin problems in every business for 35 years and I finally have the tools to kill them. Now I teach others how to do the same.
Governance first
AI without rules isn't reliable
Systems over chatbots
Real work needs architecture, not prompts
The workflow is the product
AI is the engine inside it
Accountability
Every action logged, every decision traceable
